Pre-Inspection
Every rug that we pick up or that is dropped off at our rug facility will undergo a full inspection and a consultation regarding the best type of cleaning for your rug and if odor contamination is needed. We do guarantee pet odor removal in most rugs.

After drying is complete, the rugs are rolled, inspected and vacuumed. This is our time to detail fringe and perform specialty stain removal if needed.
Rug Pad
This product contains a barrier that is designed to keep pet urine and spills from penetrating through the pad and ruining hard surface flooring.
